Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard shipping across the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Shop app or the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
