Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at your store email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Personalized items are final sale.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
